Successful orthodontic treatment requires a lot of team effort. To reward you for doing your part, we have great prizes you can buy with SMILE CONSTRUCTION TOKENS.
You will have lots of chances to earn SMILE CONSTRUCTION TOKENS by doing your part. SMILE CONSTRUCTION TOKENS can be earned by wearing your appliances, such as headgear, rubber bands, etc. You can also earn SMILE CONSTRUCTION TOKENS for good brushing, keeping your appointments and being on time. Now you are probably wondering what to do with all the SMILE CONSTRUCTION TOKENS you earn. Your SMILE CONSTRUCTION TOKENS can be traded for a number of exciting prizes. You can choose from our display cabinet where many of our prizes are or you may want to choose a gift certificate from a mall or one of several different stores like Best Buy and Blockbuster.
1 SMILE CONSTRUCTION TOKEN
- Keep your regularly scheduled appointment
- Arrive on time for your appointment
- Good Oral Hygiene - your teeth should be clean when you are seen
- Nothing loose or broken (this means brackets, bands, removable appliances, etc).
- Wear Your Smile Construction T-shirt to your appointment
5 SMILE CONSTRUCTION TOKENS
- Our thank you for referring your friends to our office. Be sure they tell us you referred them. Five SMILE CONSTRUCTION TOKENS to be awarded after their New Patient exam.
- If Dr. Gary or any of our staff see you outside the office with your T-shirt on...like at the mall, movies, baseball games, etc.
SMILE CONSTRUCTION TOKEN RULES
- SMILE CONSTRUCTION TOKENS are only awarded at regularly scheduled appointments. Walk-in or emergency visits do not apply.
- The number of SMILE CONSTRUCTION TOKENS you earn at each appointment is up to you. .
- Your SMILE CONSTRUCTION TOKENS are your responsibility. The SMILE CONSTRUCTION TOKENS are just like real money. If you lose them, like money, they are gone.
- Once you spend your SMILE CONSTRUCTION TOKENS on a prize, they are spent. You must earn more SMILE CONSTRUCTION TOKENS to purchase more prizes.
You can help the Cumberland Crisis Pregnancy Center by earning SMILE CONSTRUCTION TOKENS. For every SMILE CONSTRUCTION TOKEN that you donate, Gary D. Cohen Orthodontics will donate $2.00 to the Cumberland Crisis Pregnancy Center.
